Welcome to Ability Driver Training, we are an independent driving school offering driving lessons in Norwich, Dereham and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on offering an informal, relaxed and friendly environment in which to learn. We know that learning to drive can be a nervous experience for some, but with 20 years experience we are well equipped to tailor lessons to meet your needs. Prices
We offer a mixture of courses, discounted block bookings or ‘pay as you go’ lessons to suit pupil’s individual needs and budgets. Please call or email us for further details on any of the information provided below.
Beginners Course

This course is tailored for complete beginners or those with very little driving experience, and includes the following:

30 Hours of tuition taken over whatever period of time you feel comfortable with.

A mock test to help you prepare for the real test and assess your readiness with it.

A workbook (to keep) which presents each topic in the order you will be taught them allowing you to prepare for your next lesson and get the most from your teaching.

Cost of the driving test booking fee (£62)
Beginners course costs - £1187
Hourly rate equivalent - £37.50
Lesson Options

If you have enough previous experience not to need the beginners course, or would prefer to pay for your tuition in smaller payments, we offer the following packages:

10 hour discounted block booking = £385

1.5 hour lesson = £60

2 hour lesson = £80
